SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!!! :) I had the pleasure of being greeted at the door by DJ Walters, he was very professional and gave me great service. I was hopeful but not 100% certain I would leave at the end of the day with my brand new 2016 KIA Soul in the exact color I wanted, as I was not sure what type of vehicle I looking for when I came in, I was sure about the color :). I trusted in God and the process that I was going into which was worth it. DJ was so considerate of me that he even took time to ask me if I would be offended by his tattoos if he removed his jacket, of course I said no and we went from there. We talked about so many different things in our lives, from his family to mine, our life experiences which included the sad news about his family cat back at home :(. DJ was very informative, he did not give me false hope but instead he reassured me that he and the Stevenson KIA team would do all they could do to get me into a new car, well they did just that!! DJ even took the time to sync my phone with my new vehicle, he went over everything with me, as well as reassure me if I need anything else he was just a phone call away. I would recommend Stevenson KIA over and over and over again, I would definitely recommend DJ. WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO PURCHASE YOUR NEXT FORM OF TRANSPORTATION FROM......STEVENSON KIA of Jacksonville is the BEST!!!! More

Bait and switch tactics used here! I will keep this short and simple so that even the Con and his sales manager con can understand this. I refused the original which was $24,500.00 I will keep this short and simple so that even the Con and his sales manager con can understand this. I refused the original which was $24,500.00 purchase price less $2000.00 rebate and $3500.00 trade allowance totaling $19,000.00. I counter offered $22,500.00 as the purchase price of the car which when you minus the rebate $2000.00 then the trade minus $3500.00 Totaling $17,000.00 When presented the finance papers the numbers were exactly as the original offer except they lowered the trade value to $1500.00. which basically means they added an addition $1,500.00 to the cost of the car. When I explained the ERROR I was told that was the deal I had agreed to. When I asked for the paper that had the number I agreed to it amazingly disappeared. So bottom line is... Beware of the bait and switch tactics. More

Rude and only accustomed to first time car buyers. I had no issue with the two salesman that I interacted with. My issue was with the sales manager, Don. It was clearly obvious from the beginning tha I had no issue with the two salesman that I interacted with. My issue was with the sales manager, Don. It was clearly obvious from the beginning that he is accustomed to working only with younger military and first time car buyers. It was also very apparent that he lacks in the social skills department. To start the conversation off, the gentleman did not even know my name, even though his salesman knew it and told him my name numerous times. For the rest of the interaction, when he walk out of his office, he would just point at me as if he was trying to summon me. He also utilized the excuse of "Please forgive me, I am new here" far too often in our conversation and that is not something I would expect to hear from a sales manager. My wife and I visited the dealership on a Thursday, worked briefly on numbers with a different sales manager but due to them closing and us not wanting to rush things, we decided to leave and return the following day. When I returned to discuss numbers, the sales manager that I worked with was currently out of the officer but Don claimed that he was familiar with the situation and would be stepping in for Troy. His first offer on Friday was $4,000 higher than where we left off on Thursday! I was baffled by this and tried to explain start to finish where we left off at the evening prior, however, in the midst of doing so, Don cut me off and walked away to his office. Jesse, the car salesman that I was dealing with, observed the situation and noticed what happen and apologized as he could see my frustration level rising. Finally after a hour and a half of waiting for Don to get his number together, he came back out and his "final" offer was still above what was previously discussed. The final straw was when my wife was told on Saturday by Troy that special authorization was given to him by the General Manager to make an offer of $35,000, even though that was the deal given by the rude sales manager, Don, the day prior. So it was clear that "special authorization "was not given as it was the exact same offer that was previously given without authorization. This is the second time within the last year that I have had similar experience with the sales management team at Stevenson Kia. Even though I enjoy the Kia product, I have been thoroughly reminded as to why I always travel away from the military town that I am stationed at to purchase a vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and will highly encourage everyone I speak with to keep their distance from this place when they are in the market for a vehicle as honesty is clearly not their policy and customer service is clearly not their game. More
