I was a bit early and they took my car right in. No waiting! Someone took us to the waiting area, and stayed until they made sure we were comfortable and asked if we needed a drink. I told him no. When I did finally want a drink, the vending machine wouldn't take my bill. There was a man behind the desk and he got me a drink from the employee supply! I thought that was awesome! I didn't have to wait very long for my car to be ready. More
