I am not satisfied with the brake service that I received from Kia in the month of May 2024. I had both axles worked on for a full brake job. My brakes have never squeaked. We were so impressed with the quality of the Cars presented to us. The people working there were very friendly and knowledgeable. We dealt with a Mr. Joshua Cook he was outstanding!!! We were there only to check out the company and inventory to possibly buy at a later date. Mr. Cook was so excited and impressive that we brought a SUV that day. If he didn’t know the answer to a Question he told us so but didn’t stop there he went and found the answer to our questions. Charged two diagnostic fees without any signage stating that there would be a fee for each issue. Communication from one service writer was good but the other was spotty.
