Poor Service Experience The service rep refused to check my a/c unit saying that it was “illegal” to check the Ac fluid level without paying for a new system. He then proceeded to try to up sell me on every conceivable service offered by Jackson Acura. I only came in for an oil change. Very poor service experience. Marc More
