Although it was a busy day at Jackson dealership Paul was patient, courteous and willing to work in every step of the negotiations. I got a great deal from Paul and am delighted with the outcome. I inquired several times about a vehicle through email and he was quick to responded to all of my questions. When I made my initial visit to see the vehicle, I was not planning to buy at that moment and wanted to take some time to think about my purchase. Usually this is where my experience goes downhill once they realize you are not buying then. James never once pushed me or went back and forth with the sales manager. Both James and the sales manger Dimitry, supported my decision. The next day, we agreed on a price, and made the deal. When I picked the vehicle up, it was as James promised. Without question , our experience at JACKSON has been by far the most satisfying and pleasant we have ever had over our 45+ years of family automobile purchase experience. Having had back surgery less than a week before, I was unable to travel the hour and a half from my home to the dealership. James brought the car to my door with someone to drive him back. He was very friendly, thorough, and professional. He didn't pressure me even after going to the trouble to bring it to me. I am extremely pleased with my new car and the whole experience! More
Bad management Steve McCarthy was great, he answered all my questions & concerns, the manegement in the othe hand was rude, I paid tge car if full but since a part o Steve McCarthy was great, he answered all my questions & concerns, the manegement in the othe hand was rude, I paid tge car if full but since a part of it was by check it was ok to make me sign papers that if the check bounded the will take the car back and I understand that but when I asked a copy of the title the maneger gets upset, he gets it for me but hand it to me in a rude mean way, almost throws it in my face and turns his head to the other direction, no one deserves that treatment, specially after spending over $22k, will not recommend. More
