The only critique I have is I did wait around for a time while they determined what work needed to be done, then for the loaner car. Also, I almost couldn't get my car returned the same evening because the Atlanta traffic was terrible and I returned the loaner car after the service department closed. I called ahead and was told it wouldn't be a problem and then it was. Everything worked out. More
