Best experience purchasing a car, EVER! This is my first ever luxury car purchase. I went to another dealership first. There was a car I was considering but the next morning I saw a car with even fewer miles on the Jackson Acura website that was even a little less money. I called them and was directed to Cameron. He asked if I wanted to come in and I did. He offered me a brand new 2018 RDX for what I would have paid for the CPO vehicle that I was considering. I had done months of comparison reaearch, asked many friends and gotten a lot of advice about my choice that finally came down to an AcuraRDX. Cameron was extremely helpful. I absolutely could not believe his offer and his manager was great, offered me some more services on top of a great price for what I was getting. It never even occurred to me to ask for what I got.! The car is gorgeous, super comfortable and relaxing even in Atlanta traffic and most of all has a very high reliability rating with ease of maintanance . I waited a long time for this beautiful car and they all made the purchase so great. My husband and I were treated so kindly and so well every step of the way. Cameron told me he will always be available to help me figure out any tech issues because the car comes with EVERYthing! The young lady in finance, Tess, is extremely thorough and informative. Every person who works there is pleasant. The waiting area is very comfortable and attractive. There are snacks and drinks if you have any kind of a wait. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase and experience. If anyone is considering purchasing an Acura I would definitely check them out first, and ask for Cameron! :) More
