He was very friendly on the phone when I first called with question right down to completing the pap James was our sales person in the used car dept. He was very friendly on the phone when I first called with question right down to completing the paperwork. He walked me to the finance office where I was proud to find a friendly face there as well. Overall a very good experience. We normally keep a car forever so I might go car shopping every 10 or 15 years (I've been driving the same car since 2003. This was an extra car purchase we look forward to driving for 15+ years also. Jackson Acura is a great place to start and finish your search! (did not even look at new cars but I bet they are nice too) More

Great Experience I searched all over the southeast looking for the best deal on a 2015 MDX. I wrongly assumed that Jackson Acura's prices would not be competitive. A I searched all over the southeast looking for the best deal on a 2015 MDX. I wrongly assumed that Jackson Acura's prices would not be competitive. After getting the typical dealer run around with the other dealers I spoke with, I reluctantly sent in a price request to Jackson Acura and received an immediate response. The price quote was very fair and included all junk fees. In fact, the price was so fair that I didn't have the heart to make a counter and immediately accepted. Our salesman was Paul Silverman. The entire purchase experience with Paul was fantastic. Based on our experience, I am now taking mother to see Paul about a new RDX. More
