Great, honest, and helpful service! I worked with James Moore on purchasing a used Honda Odyssey. He was very helpful and patient with me throughout the process. If I felt like something didn't feel right during a test drive, he took it right to the mechanic and had it fixed immediately. We took the car out several times to test drive until I was satisfied with the way the balance of the wheels and the breaks felt. He remained patient and determined to attend to my concerns throughout this process. I took the car to an independent mechanic nearby to get a pre-purchase inspection. When the independent mechanic noted some areas of concern, James and his manager, Dmitry, reinspected the findings and even drove the car back to the independent mechanic to watch them inspect it. After finding that the independent mechanic had fudged the information of concern, James and Dmitry made them refund my money for the inspection. I was impressed that James and Dmitry were confident in their vehicle and were willing to do everything they could to uphold the integrity of their own inspection and the dealership's customer service practices, in addition to ensuring their client's well-being. Even though the TL was just sold, James Moore (sales consultant) was able to direct us to some other great options. From the get go, James treated us like family and made us feel at home. He was definitely not pushy to sell but did want to earn our business. James showed excellence by listening and understanding our need for a vehicle while respecting our budget. He was able to lead us to a pre-owned Acura RL which fit our need perfectly. James took the time and went over all the various features of the car in detail. Since it was around lunch time and stomachs were growling, James suggested that my wife (currently pregnant) and 2 year old son take the car and grab some lunch to get a better feel of the car. Needless to say, we negotiated a great price and purchased the vehicle. James had our vehicle detailed and put a full tank of gas in the car too. This was the first dealer where I have purchased a pre-owned vehicle and offered to put a FULL tank of gas in the car! James showed more interest in meeting our needs than making a sale. In addition, Eric (sales manager) and Michael St. Clair (Finance Director), treated us well and with respect. Overall, I would not even hesitate to buy at Jackson Acura again. James Moore is the associate who helped us from start to finish and he was one of the friendliest sales associates we have ever worked with! He was also very knowledgeable about the car we were buying. Mike Sinclair was the finance associate and was very friendly and honest with us. Both of them worked hard to ensure we were completely satisfied with the sale. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing an Acura. More

Quickness was key Popped into dealership one particularly frigid Saturday morning in a rental not expecting to find anything to buy as had been the case for the previou Popped into dealership one particularly frigid Saturday morning in a rental not expecting to find anything to buy as had been the case for the previous 6 months. First time here. Salesman James Moore convinced me to drive 06 MDX, how I still do not know. Instantly knew it was the right car when it started with no hesitation in that weather. Due to my personal time constraints i thought I would have to come back. Instead they had me in and out in 90 minutes which has to be a record for buying a car. Racing to return the rental and pick up the MDX and getting my college son to Athens proved futile with Saturday 285 Atlanta traffic enduring no fewer than 7 chokepoints around the city. Fortunately, one phone call, thats all , and they kept the MDX for me until the next Saturday since no kids or spouse were available to return until the next week. I am happy to report my kids very happy with MDX at UGA but I guess I will have to visit there to drive the car, it was gone that quick. More
