My wife and I came in and went for a relaxed and informative test drive. Paul knew the car inside and out, and had answers for all our questions. As we decided to purchase the car, we were very pleased at the straightforward nature of the process. Dealer installed "options" at great and inflated cost? None. High-pressure sales job on extended warranty and service contracts? None. We had our own financing lined up, but Jackson Acura offered an even better deal through one of their partners, saving us money and significantly undercutting what Acura's financing arm was offering. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the facility was beautiful. We will definitely come back to Jackson Acura for our next vehicle. More

Imagine how surprised we were when we purchased a 2016 MDX, right color, right interior color, and right price. Called Jackson Acura on "make an offer day" and made an offer on an in stock MDX from their internet listings. Offer accepted, drove down picked up the car and done. Really that simple. But Paul Silverman was the person linking all this together to make it happen. He with Jackson Acura exceeded our expectations with their in stock inventories, ease of delivery, and just the buying process. Very pleased with purchase and believe the deal together met our needs. From the onset of my contact Jackson Acura, I was most impressed by the honesty, professionalism and dedication to customer service of their employees. I first spoke with Mr. Paul Silverman, who provided me with a purchase price and details about my prospective new vehicle. He was forthright in providing me enough information that I would travel from Tallahassee to Roswell, Georgia to finalize the purchase of my new vehicle. In my opinion, Mr. Silverman is an honest and dedicated professional who clearly represents and upholds the dealership motto of “Everything we do, we do with excellence”. Later, I met the Finance Director Mr. Michael St. Clair. Mr. St. Clair was very organized in the preparation of all paperwork necessary to complete the purchase of a new vehicle. He was exceptionally knowledgeable of the financial aspects of a new vehicle purchase and was very personable. Finally, I met Parts Manager Mr. Steve Renaldo and Product Specialist Mr. Brandon Teague. Both of these individuals were extremely helpful in providing direction and guidance as to what items could better protect my investment. As a result, I purchased several items for the new vehicle. I must admit, I was apprehensive of driving to Roswell to purchase a new vehicle primarily because of past negative experiences with other dealers. Collectively, Jackson Acura employees changed my perception of the car buying experience. These folks are on their game-a highly competent and motivated group of individuals.
