Stayed up to the point resulting in being not friendly in explaining how many miles service I am doing and what would be my next major service etc., When asked about the interior fabric protection insurance for a small scratch on the door and has turned out dirty as it was heavily used by my son, the service rep said it was intentional and it cannot be covered. I was questioning the Rep from the stand point of isn't this something not in my hands and so being the reason for taking insurance in the first place, he said he will check with service manager and get back to me. I haven't heard anything back then. More
Stress-Free Purchase I came to Jackson as I had received poor follow-up from another dealer that I was trying to make a purchase at. I had made 2 previous purchases at tha I came to Jackson as I had received poor follow-up from another dealer that I was trying to make a purchase at. I had made 2 previous purchases at that dealer, but they lost this one due to one sales person. My daughter & son-in-law both had purchased an Acura from Jackson so I made the drive over. Paul was very helpful, even though the RDX was in short supply, especial with the specs that I wanted. Paul & management worked to find a vehicle that I was looking for, and I made what I think is a good deal considering the limited supply of AWD in Georgia. This is my fourth Acura since 2008. After Paul mad the deal, he continued two put the effort in to the delivery that I certainly do appreciate. I would recommend Paul & Jackson to anyone looking for a new Acura. More
