At this point, 3 stars and falling I was happy at first with the quick response and attentiveness of the service writer. It started going downhill when I was scheduled to pick up my car I was happy at first with the quick response and attentiveness of the service writer. It started going downhill when I was scheduled to pick up my car, and the problem was not fixed. I immediately went back and the tech came out with a suggestion, which I did that night. Didn't work. I emailed the service writer the next day, along with pictures of the issue. No response. Now, the work they did has caused other electronic issues with my car. I emailed the service writer again. Still no response. It's been a week and a half since my first email. I'm going back in this week to give them another opportunity to fix the problem and correct their work, but if I don't get results this time, I would definitely not recommend them to anyone for service. More

I always get good service here. I was one of MANY other car owners coming in for a service recall - I also came for an oil change. Needless to say, they were VERY busy. Yet, I came in, was immediately seen, they took my car in for service, and I enjoyed the free WiFi while I waited.
