However, the person that answered the phone when I initially called was rather dismissive when I asked about a loaner vehicle. I have never taken my car to another dealer, so I don’t understand why the person that answered the phone did not display Acura’s typically excellent customer service. I ended up not needing a loaner, but Nick was very accommodating and offered to provide a loaner had I needed one. As I said, Nick represents true Acura Customer service! More

Service I have mixed reviews for each service associate. One of the associates was at one time literally yelling at me when I denied one of the service recomm I have mixed reviews for each service associate. I came in for service and left with a new car! Jackson Acura has a great staff/customer service! I have originally been coming in for service, and Brittany has been great, she gets me in and out AS Jackson Acura has a great staff/customer service! I inquired about a new car with Reggie as I was waiting on service , and ended up going home in a new car. Reggie listened to what I wanted in a car AND in a payment. I went home in a new RDX😍. Reggie is also the only person that I have ever bought a car from that was just as nice and concerned about my issues even after the sale, he wants me to be happy! My usual experience is that once they sell you a car they don’t need you, that is not how I felt here, at any time! More
