I have owned cars from many different dealerships over the past 40 years. I have never purchased a car from a dealership anything close to Jackson Acura ("JA") in regard to JA's exceptionally excellent qu the past 40 years. I have never purchased a car from a dealership anything close to Jackson Acura ("JA") in regard to JA's exceptionally excellent quality and customer service. We purchased a 2020 RDX for my wife, and one year later we purchased the 2022 MDX for my use. Both purchases were accomplished without any sales pressure whatsoever, and with the knowledge and confidence that JA offered the best price available in our region of the country. As new owners of two Acura cars (our 2020 RDX and 2022 MDX), we have also had the pleasure of interacting with JA's amazing sales professionals, service consultants, and maintenance staff. They all have "customer first" attitudes, and they all are highly knowledgeable, always patient when answering questions, and always willing to provide detailed explanations of sales, warranty and maintenance issues and solutions. On a scale of 1* to 5*(the very best), Jackson Acura is clearly a 10*! More

I called about my brakes and was able to be worked in the same day at a less busy time. Kendall was very polite and helpful. so so...went there to have warranty work (passenger airbag inflator recall). when I called to make an appointment I had to give my VIN nbr. The man on the phone started to pretty much argue with me tha airbag inflator recall). when I called to make an appointment I had to give my VIN nbr. The man on the phone started to pretty much argue with me that my VIN did not exist. He was about to hang up on me. But I asked him to read back the VIN that I had told him and he had one letter wrong..no apology or even light hearted joke about it. This is the South usually people are friendlier lol... Then I asked if they could give me a loaner car and he very quickly said "no we dont do that". The literature that I had received in several mails about my recall said I could have a loaner car.. So I spent $20 plus using lyft to get there and back..I thought acura was a premium brand. When I arrived with my car the dealership was nearly deserted and it took several minutes before anyone helped me and no one really eber greeted me. When I returned to pick up my car again no one greeted me at all. I wondered around trying to get some help. After awhile I just stood outside the door of my service rep (he was busy with anothet customer). When he was done he did help me...but it seemed strange there was no process or greeting when arriving at the dealership to pick up my car..It felt rude for me to stand right outside his office door, but if I had not done that, who knows when I would have been helped. Also the snack bar was pathetic and next to no snacks or drinks. As I said earlier I thought acura was a premium brand and I expected a much warmer friendlier environment..I will not go back to this particular dealership again. More
