The service department needs help! For the 2nd time in 3 weeks I’ve arrived for scheduled maintenance and a loaner car but there is NOT a car available. Plus I brought my daughters car for service back on June 28th. I was told the service would be an hour and 30 minutes maybe 2hours. I chose to wait and I proceeded to sit for 4 hours while the entire dealership enjoyed a July 4th cookout. I asked to hear from someone about situation. I’ve yet to hear from anyone. I have been looking for a new (2023+) Toyota Sequoia fot the better part of a year. I met Dylan after seeing that Jackie Cooper had a used one on the lot. It was a 2024 Red Capstone. I test drove it and w the better part of a year. I met Dylan after seeing that Jackie Cooper had a used one on the lot. It was a 2024 Red Capstone. I test drove it and we tried to make the numbers work but while I waited to decide someone else came in a purchased it. Fast forward a week later Dylan reaches out sharping they got another one this time a 2023 on trade with a lot less miles. We went in test drove it and I decided to move forward with it. Shawn a manager even suggested I take it home for the weekend which I did. This was without signing any final numbers. I brought it back on Monday and we worked out some pricing, a few things needed and some cleaning. So I left it for the week. I came back the next weekend to sign things after working on financing outside of the dealer. A few days after picking up the Sequoia Dylan shared one of the missing interior parts with me along with some manuals. I later found out at home that they had also changed the air cabin filters, the engine filters and the oil all of which I wasn’t expecting. More

My experience was truly outstanding! After contacting Nathan via email from Nathan with a personalized video of the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. He graciously greeted me upon my arrival, offered refreshments and pleasantly listened to what I was looking to purchase and the trade-in I brought with me. The vehicle was ready and waiting out front and after a short test drive I was ready to discuss the purchase plan. Nathan did an excellent job sharing his detailed knowledge of the vehicle, it's history, the previous owners and care of the vehicle. He also discussed the Car FAQ's of my vehicle, which was informative. Within 10 minutes he returned with a confident "Yes" on the value of the trade-in and the price of the vehicle I was purchasing. I was astounded and shocked that everything went so smoothly. I remarked that this was the best car buying experience I had ever. After a few signed documents and disclosures the deal was complete and the vehicle was mine.
