Navigation was a requirement and we were led to believe the car we traded for had factory navigation; however, it does not. We were fooled by the screen since it showed "Press here to use the Navigation A the car we traded for had factory navigation; however, it does not. We were fooled by the screen since it showed "Press here to use the Navigation App". We asked Jerrid if the car had Navigation and his reply was "I have a Lexus with Navigation". Our car purchase experience with Jackie Cooper was wonderful. Our Sales Specialist, Shelley, was fantastic. Buyer beware, be educated before you begin the journey these days. Financing and warranties can be difficult to fully understand and you don’t any to be unprepared when you sit down to sign your paperwork. More
