Only Game in Town - No need for Customer Service If you want to buy a new Mercedes in Tulsa, sadly you must look at Jackie Cooper. They know this and appear to feel as if they are doing you a service by selling you an automobile. The service department is no different. I have had multiple experiences with Jackie Cooper which also make me rethink driving a Mercedes if I am forced to deal with this dealership for service/repairs. Although I just purchased a 2015 G63 and also have a 2011 SLS, I am thinking of selling both automobiles just so that I do not have to deal with the attitude at the dealership. It is a systemic problem at the dealership and each time a bad experience happens, they indicate that it is being addressed. Interestingly, the next time you deal with the sales or service personnel, they continue with the same attitude. Unless you just cannot live without a Mercedes, I would look at another brand just so that you do not have to suffer through dealing with Jackie Cooper. This dealership needs to understand that there are other options. More
False advertising on their website I found a vehicle on their website that my wife would love to own and wanted to surprise her with it so I read over the details of the vehicle online I found a vehicle on their website that my wife would love to own and wanted to surprise her with it so I read over the details of the vehicle online and it said it included a 2 year 24 month free maintenance which was a good thing to have with the vehicle. So I went in and purchase it. My wife took car in for service and dealer said we didn't have free maintenance so she had to pay $238 for service which I didn't know about until today when I asked my wife to take car in for second service cause it's free anyway when she replied no it isn't that she had to pay for it last time that's when I got on the phone and started making phone calls. First call to dealer couldn't get anyone in service on the phone and second call to dealer the finance guy hung up in my face. Just getting started but when I talked to the used car sales manager he just talked in circles. These guys are con artist and theives. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. This is my second Mercedes and I am even thinking about not just switching dealerships but all in all switching brands. How can you advertise a vehicle online which is the exact same car I bought and advertise it with a 2 year 24 month free maintenance and all of a sudden I don't have that package. I wonder who pocketed that $! Don't buy from Jackie Cooper Fool me one fool me twice then shame on me More
Worst experience EVER I found a 2014 ML350 at this dealership and went to see it on a Thursday. First red flag: the car was full of someone's personal belongings (a man I found a 2014 ML350 at this dealership and went to see it on a Thursday. First red flag: the car was full of someone's personal belongings (a manager was apparently using it), and it was quite dirty. Second red flag: The a/c was barely functioning. However, being a certified pre-owned vehicle, they assured me the a/c would be fixed under warranty. And, the salesman said he would "have the car vacuumed for me." (Gee, thanks.) I asked the salesman to have the a/c checked out and let me know what the problem actually was. He did not call me back, so I called the next day ( Friday). He said he would have it looked at that day. On Saturday morning, I called first thing in the morning, and told him I decided to buy the car. He said "ok," then he said he would have the a/c looked at/fixed and would call me back in the afternoon to get my credit card info for a deposit. I said that was fine. He left me a message later in the afternoon that was garbled, so I called him back. He said "we fixed the a/c; it needed 1/2 lb of freon. I also replaced the key battery and re-set the check engine light. OH, and WE SOLD THE CAR." What???????? They sold the car? I thought I bought the car that morning! I am not letting this issue rest. I am so furious that I am actually beside myself. I am not a high-maintenance, unreasonable customer. However. This is not the way to treat a customer, and I do not care if someone else came in and a different manager handled the deal and did not realize you had already sold the car.... I Don't Care! This is wrong on every level! I left a message for the General Manager to call me (he has not). I then called the Pre-Owned sales Manager, who looked into it, but said unfortunately it was just a screw-up on their end. I urge people to avoid this dealership. No one cares. The sales team is a joke. Obviously the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing here, and customers are, simply, dispensable. This dealership does not deserve to sell Mercedes Benz automobiles... I cannot believe ANYONE would write a positive review of them and can only assume they are fake reviews written by employees. THIS review is not fake. More
False warning “Check rear left tail and brake light” The problem began and persisted, although erratically, from shortly after purchase. Dealer tried fixing, and at times message did not appear for them. The problem began and persisted, although erratically, from shortly after purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the dealership has been a top-notch operation from top to bottom. More

I asked some very specific questions regarding two specific options on the car. Erin was unsure, so he deferred to his manager. His manager assured me that the car did, in fact, have these options. I paid a deposit for them to hold the car and drove to Tulsa a few days later to pick it up. Upon arrival, I noticed immediately that the car did not have either option the manager has assured me it had. After driving 300 miles under the assumption the car was exactly what I was looking for, I was obviously disappointed and questioned either the manager's intelligence or honesty. Erin and I went into the office and spoke with the manager, who was not only completely unapologetic about the car not having the options, but actually insinuated that it was my fault for not being more specific in my questions. When I pressed him about the misinformation and his misrepresentation of the car, his actual words were, "I'm not an Audi dealer." While that statement is true, as the dealership is not an exclusive Audi dealer, I don't think anyone on the buying side of this transaction would be satisfied with that excuse. I suggested that if he was unclear regarding my inquiry he should've pressed me for more information or perhaps deferred to a mechanic, who likely would have more experience with the specifics of the vehicles. Again, he was completely unapologetic, but did offer condolences that we 'misunderstood each other'. My experience here was nothing short of terrible, not due to my dealings with Erin, but completely because of the sales manager. I will hopefully never have to deal with this dealership again. More
Great service. Great selection. Fair and honest. Financing that is on your side. Would recommend to anyone looking for a used model. Bought a Nissan and love it. Financing that is on your side. Would recommend to anyone looking for a used model. Bought a Nissan and love it. More
I bought a Mercedes-Benz black GLK 350 last weekend. The salesman was Greg Gleeson. He was extremely helpful and nice from the beginning. He listened to what features I wanted and found the car that I want salesman was Greg Gleeson. He was extremely helpful and nice from the beginning. He listened to what features I wanted and found the car that I wanted which happened to be still in the back and hadn't been shown yet. It was my first experience with this dealership and with the brand. I decided to lease my new car and will def. be back to lease or buy another one again. I love it so far and enjoyed the personal service I received. I received a follow-up phone call from Greg a few days later as well as a handwritten note. While I was in the dealership, I felt at home and I thought Greg was an excellent salesperson. I also wanted to say that the sales manager was very nice and helpful as well. His name was Richard Wasson and was very imformative regarding financing options and general questions. Mr. Goza was the last person I dealt with and was great as well and very nice. He made the final signing process a breeze. Overall my experience was great! More
Customer service is excellent! They worked hard to get the financing that we need with low interest rates. Explained every detail of the car. Followed up with phone calls about a week later.
