I live in Kansas City and I worked with Erin to arrange the purchase of a 2011 Audi S4. Erin was pleasant to work with and helpful. I asked some very specific questions regarding two specific options on th the purchase of a 2011 Audi S4. Erin was pleasant to work with and helpful. I asked some very specific questions regarding two specific options on the car. Erin was unsure, so he deferred to his manager. His manager assured me that the car did, in fact, have these options. I paid a deposit for them to hold the car and drove to Tulsa a few days later to pick it up. Upon arrival, I noticed immediately that the car did not have either option the manager has assured me it had. After driving 300 miles under the assumption the car was exactly what I was looking for, I was obviously disappointed and questioned either the manager's intelligence or honesty. Erin and I went into the office and spoke with the manager, who was not only completely unapologetic about the car not having the options, but actually insinuated that it was my fault for not being more specific in my questions. When I pressed him about the misinformation and his misrepresentation of the car, his actual words were, "I'm not an Audi dealer." While that statement is true, as the dealership is not an exclusive Audi dealer, I don't think anyone on the buying side of this transaction would be satisfied with that excuse. I suggested that if he was unclear regarding my inquiry he should've pressed me for more information or perhaps deferred to a mechanic, who likely would have more experience with the specifics of the vehicles. Again, he was completely unapologetic, but did offer condolences that we 'misunderstood each other'. My experience here was nothing short of terrible, not due to my dealings with Erin, but completely because of the sales manager. I will hopefully never have to deal with this dealership again. More

I bought a Mercedes-Benz black GLK 350 last weekend. The salesman was Greg Gleeson. He was extremely helpful and nice from the beginning. It was my first experience with this dealership and with the brand. I decided to lease my new car and will def. be back to lease or buy another one again. I love it so far and enjoyed the personal service I received. I received a follow-up phone call from Greg a few days later as well as a handwritten note. While I was in the dealership, I felt at home and I thought Greg was an excellent salesperson. I also wanted to say that the sales manager was very nice and helpful as well. His name was Richard Wasson and was very imformative regarding financing options and general questions. Mr. Goza was the last person I dealt with and was great as well and very nice. He made the final signing process a breeze. Overall my experience was great! More

I called Jackie Cooper and told them I had 2002 M230 that had a recall on the powder steering. I informed them that I had own the car for 2 years and didn't know what service had been completed on the car. I had a recall on the powder steering. He explained what was covered and not covered by the recall. They agreed with my son delivering and picking up the auto and me handling the bill by phone. The called me the day it was to be worked on about 10:30 told me they had found a couple things that needed fixing and couple of more that needed to be watched. Total cost about $350. I had told my wife before hand if it was less than $1000 I was not going to complain. They called me back about 3:30 and said the work was completed. I ask if they wait a couple of days for my son to pick it up and they said it would be fine. My son told me they were very nice when he picked the auto up. More
I can not elaborate enough on the need to stay away from this dealer. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo from them, only to have a wealth of problems, eventaully leading to a engine failure under 40k mile this dealer. Oddly enough, the engine failed only days after getting the car back from yet another warranty serivce. Fishy huh? They hassled me left and right about how the engine failure is MY fault. How could that be. I just drive the car. IT'S under warranty! This is only a small portion of the huge mess I got into with these crooks. That's what I get for not doing my dealer research I guess. Just please, go elsewhere. Bill Knight Volvo is just down the road. They are very nice people and even fixed some of the mistakes made by Jackie Cooper on my Volvo. More
We purchased a 2005 Mercedes C230 Kompressor from Jackie Cooper Imports on 8/02/2008 with 69 miles. When we purchased the car it came with a Mercedes Benz manuf. warranty up to 50,000 miles. We have has the car serviced at Jackie Cooper Imports. We have had the oil changed at Jackie Cooper Imports, and have changed the oil ourselves. At 48,200 miles the car wouldn't start. We had the car towed to Jackie Cooper Imports. After a week, we were informed that there is no compression, and the engine is blown. It should be covered under the manuf. warranty because we are still under the 50,000 mile mark. Jackie Cooper Imports has denied repairs to the car. After 4 months of dealing with this company we ended up picking up our car, and had to pay them for the tow, and for inspecting the car. We asked for a copy of the vehicle history reports. They don't even show our car having the oil changed. The reports also show us only driving the car about 500 miles in 1 year and 8 months. They are supposed to document the mileage when the car comes in to be serviced. I drive this car everyday to work and back. If I just drove it to & from work 4 days a week, that would be 6400 miles. We know they have altered the records. It is going to cost us 12,000. for a new motor. I am not making payments of 520.00 a month on a car that doesnt run! It only has 48,200 miles and the ENGINE IS BLOWN!! They sold us a car with a 50,000 bumper to bumper warranty. Jackie Cooper Imports must honor their warranty. More
