Out Of State Purchase Went Great!!! I have been looking for a specific color and optioned Boxster 987.2 for more than a year. I found a car at the Porsche dealer in Tulsa on AutoTrader I have been looking for a specific color and optioned Boxster 987.2 for more than a year. I found a car at the Porsche dealer in Tulsa on AutoTrader that appeared to meet all of my requirements. The automobile had been sold by Jackie Cooper and serviced exclusively by Jackie Cooper and the single owner apparently traded it back to Jackie Cooper. So after it's birth in Stuttgart or perhaps UusikaupunkiI, Finland, this Boxster was a native Sooner through and through. I called the dealership and talked to Mike Myrick, a very knowledgeable Porsche salesman, who walked out to the car while we were talking to make sure it was still available, then he confirmed all of the features I was looking for and described the car. He spotted a couple of chips on the bumpers that weren't obvious in the Auto Trader pictures and sent me close up pictures to my phone. Even though the car is 9 years old and road dings on the low-slung bumpers are an expected part of life with Porsche cars, the dealership agreed to send the car out for some professional detailing. We arrived at a very acceptable price with no hassle and I bought the car - SIGHT UNSEEN. Mike connected me with a transport facilitator who did an excellent job finding a trucking company and the vehicle was delivered to my garage in an enclosed trailer in excellent shape!!! I live on the west side of the Rocky Mountains so delivering an automobile in January from Tulsa to Utah is a challenge. Kelly Goza handled all the financial matters, including the wire transfer and documents, and was VERY efficient and prompt and very pleasant. I am OLD - and I have purchased a number of automobiles and trucks over my lifetime. I can truthfully say this was as easy and efficient as any I ever conducted in person. AND the Boxster is in great shape and exactly the car I was looking for. No hesitation in recommending this dealership and these Jackie Cooper employees who made this a VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. More

He even went above and beyond and delivered it to my house to just test drive because I was so busy with work. If that's not amazing customer service, I don't know what is! Exactly what a used car buying experience should be. I recently purchased a used Lexus GX460 from Mark Hughes at Jackie Cooper. I had looked around quite a bit online. I had pretty much narrowed it down I recently purchased a used Lexus GX460 from Mark Hughes at Jackie Cooper. I had looked around quite a bit online. I had pretty much narrowed it down to a few different colors / option packages. This left about 10-15 cars within 1,000 miles of me to choose from. I contacted a handful of the dealers who had the cars that fit my criteria. Mark Hughes was, without a doubt, the most thorough and responsive of any of the salesmen I spoke with. I probably should have bought it from the get-go, however, there was a similar vehicle much closer to me. I actually drove 250 miles to go pickup the other vehicle, and when I got there, it had some very obvious (and very bad) prior repairs that had not been disclosed. So, I was even more hesitant to travel from Murfreesboro, TN to Tulsa, OK to buy the GX Jackie Cooper had. However, I talked it over with Mark, he assured me that the vehicle was as described, and we came to an agreement. He went WAYYY above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was as he was describing it, and I was not let down once I arrived. Mark picked me up at my hotel the morning after I arrived. We took the car for a test drive. Got back to the dealer and looked it over. Signed some papers. And then I got on the road. No force feeding me an extended warranty. They did exactly what we agreed on. The car had been checked out and cleaned up as well as could possibly be done. It looked FLAWLESS, which is incredible for a 6 year old/100,000 mile vehicle. They included records where it had recently been to a Lexus dealer for a recall that could only be performed by a Lexus dealer (which Jackie Cooper is not), as well as a service, new air filter, and a few other odds and ends. The vehicle was IMMACULATE. It had a fresh oil change, and a full tank of gas. No noises, squeaks, or engine lights. No unmentioned damage. It was just perfect. I've purchased new cars for more than double the price of my new GX and didn't get the kind of service I got buying a used from from Mark and Jackie Cooper. This is how it should be. I would recommend Jackie Cooper to anyone, and I have all the confidence in the world knowing that they are doing things the way it's supposed to be done.
