Cameron took us over to the detail shop to check it out as soon as we arrived. The car ended up being in pristine condition and we got a great deal on it but the best part about this experience is how we knew the whole time we were getting a great deal and weren't going to get screwed with just because we were young. Cameron was very straight-forward with us and never tried to talk us into purchasing the car. My husband and I definitely felt like we were in control during the whole process. I will definitely recommend Jackie Cooper Imports to anyone who asks and tell them to ask for Cameron! More

Jackie Cooper infiniti I have been the owner of infiniti fx models since 2005, I have had a 2004 fx35, than 2007 fx35 and almost 8 months ago I bought 2013 fx37, I drive a l I have been the owner of infiniti fx models since 2005, I have had a 2004 fx35, than 2007 fx35 and almost 8 months ago I bought 2013 fx37, I drive a lot and it had almost 30k miles on it, untill 50000 miles everything was fine but after 50k miles it just started making new noises, drives different, according to the Jackie Cooper infiniti tulsa that if the computer is not putting out and codes or warnings they can't do anything about it, that's what I was told, I know for a fact that my brakes are bad and need to be changed what I was told at the last oil change that my brakes are fine and the noise it makes is because it's a new technology they use. It seems like there is no real mechanic at that dealer ship, no matter how messed up your car is or whatever is wrong with it, they won't do anything unless computer tell them that some wrong with the car, but what if the computer is not working right, according to Jackie Cooper infiniti computer can never go wrong or break, and I got a degree in BSC. More

They know this and appear to feel as if they are doing you a servic If you want to buy a new Mercedes in Tulsa, sadly you must look at Jackie Cooper. They know this and appear to feel as if they are doing you a service by selling you an automobile. The service department is no different. I have had multiple experiences with Jackie Cooper which also make me rethink driving a Mercedes if I am forced to deal with this dealership for service/repairs. Although I just purchased a 2015 G63 and also have a 2011 SLS, I am thinking of selling both automobiles just so that I do not have to deal with the attitude at the dealership. It is a systemic problem at the dealership and each time a bad experience happens, they indicate that it is being addressed. Interestingly, the next time you deal with the sales or service personnel, they continue with the same attitude. Unless you just cannot live without a Mercedes, I would look at another brand just so that you do not have to suffer through dealing with Jackie Cooper. This dealership needs to understand that there are other options. More
False advertising on their website I found a vehicle on their website that my wife would love to own and wanted to surprise her with it so I read over the details of the vehicle online I found a vehicle on their website that my wife would love to own and wanted to surprise her with it so I read over the details of the vehicle online and it said it included a 2 year 24 month free maintenance which was a good thing to have with the vehicle. So I went in and purchase it. My wife took car in for service and dealer said we didn't have free maintenance so she had to pay $238 for service which I didn't know about until today when I asked my wife to take car in for second service cause it's free anyway when she replied no it isn't that she had to pay for it last time that's when I got on the phone and started making phone calls. First call to dealer couldn't get anyone in service on the phone and second call to dealer the finance guy hung up in my face. Just getting started but when I talked to the used car sales manager he just talked in circles. These guys are con artist and theives. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. This is my second Mercedes and I am even thinking about not just switching dealerships but all in all switching brands. How can you advertise a vehicle online which is the exact same car I bought and advertise it with a 2 year 24 month free maintenance and all of a sudden I don't have that package.
