Horrible service and follow through. We purchased a nice used BMW X3 from this dealer with the promise that the second key fob was ordered and that they would call us in a week or so when We purchased a nice used BMW X3 from this dealer with the promise that the second key fob was ordered and that they would call us in a week or so when it came in. Nearly 5 months later, we received the key fob. The salesman washed his hands of the situation and we had to call the GM of the dealership to get the issue resolved. Once the GM was involved, the fob arrived and we had it programmed at BMW. I would not purchase from this dealership again. More

We had experience with other dealers in town that simply didn’t make us feel “welcome” or that we were serious buyers - basically little to no help in our search and no test drives offered, etc. Until we came and met Brian at Jackie Cooper. Very knowledgeable, took the time to walk us thru many options (makes, models, trim packages, etc) in our price range and we drove several vehicles before deciding on one. We even walked away a couple of times and he just kept us informed as new options hit the lot. Buying a car from JC, a woman's perspective I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jackie Cooper, in particular, Doc Sumrall and Andy Truman. At any other dealership that isn' I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jackie Cooper, in particular, Doc Sumrall and Andy Truman. At any other dealership that isn't Jackie Cooper, being a woman and buying a car on your own is quite nerve-wracking. I (having kids), would liken it to feeling like Nemo, with a bleeding fin, in a shark-tank. Perhaps a bit dramatic, but that's unfortunately what it feels like. Thankfully, you won't experience that at Jackie Cooper. Doc and Andy made it very clear from the beginning that they would help and take care of me, and that's exactly what they did. They found a phenomenal car for me, within my budget, that exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't ever hesitate to use them again.
