We used to have a special feeling coming into service; no we feel like we’re just another number. The classy atmosphere we have associated with Mercedes is gone. What a shame!! I liked that Jeremy started the conversation off with “How can I earn your business?“. I appreciated that Jeremy was the one with whom we negotiated, even though he separately discussed our counter offer with his management. The team was very professional and working with us, although as always we found ourselves waiting quite a while to finalize the process before meeting with the financial manager. More
