Timmetha, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment. As we mentioned before, the information you provided for financing was not able to be verified by the bank. Due to lack of information that could prove your employment, the bank would not fund your purchase. We did allow you to take the vehicle home prior to finance completion on good faith, based only on the fact that you said the information was accurate and financing would be forthcoming. Follow up documentation you provided also was denied by the bank due to the inability to confirm its accuracy by them. We understand your frustration that the financing did not come through for you. Once you have documentation that can prove your employment, we are more than willing to go to bat for you again with the bank. We love being able to match customers with the vehicle that suits their needs and it is upsetting to us, as well, that this didn't happen for you.
