Great experience and great car We had a great experience all around. We were welcomed warmly be all the staff and taken straight to the certified pre owned we were there to see. The process of drawing up all the documents took a while but they had a comfortable waiting area with snacks and they even offered to provide a private space if I needed to feed my baby. There was a misunderstanding around some of the financing paperwork when we got home but they were very responsive answering our questions and addressing our concerns which was much appreciated! One issue, when I purchased the car it had 32417 miles. When I picked it up the next day, there were 118 additional miles that were not accounted for. I have not spoken to them about this as I'm sure there is NO EXPLANATION. My guess, someone drove thr car after I purchased it, asked for it to not be driven, it obviously was. More
