This might be a bit odd of a review because I never actually made it in to the dealership. I live in DFW area. I was looking at a 2017 MB GLC300 on Auto Trader. I spoke with Nathan Lovell at length ab actually made it in to the dealership. I live in DFW area. I was looking at a 2017 MB GLC300 on Auto Trader. I spoke with Nathan Lovell at length about it. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about it, its features and packages. He sent me a list of its factory features ant the copy of the window sticker. He did a walk around, made a video of the car also and sent it. We talked on the phone several times, he’s very responsive. I was all set to come up on Saturday and buy it. I even had my trade in sold to a willing neighbor (06 Suburban). Unfortunately, I was trying to buy the car for my wife. She wanted one of these and we had test driven a GLC300 several months ago. When I told her what I wanted to do on this one she didn’t want to go back into car payments at this time. So I’m going to have to hold off for now, but I’d like to give Nathan an Attaboy and five stars for his customer service. Thank you. Joe Alexander. More
