Pricing doesn't state ". No haggle " so the customer expects to negotiate. 3. $ 500.00 dealer fee. The highest I've encountered. 4. Doc summerall is a terrible Salesman. He is knowledgeable but he has a tendency to rub people wrong. From the time we came on the lot he talked nonstop especially during the test drive. I felt that he was trying to distract me from any potential issues that could be going on with the vehicle by over conversing with me. 2. When we came into finalize the transaction and I wanted to negotiate he was very rude and in a loud manner said "we are not going to start playing games" there was a customer sitting in a chair directly behind him in the next office-- she turned around and looked at us with a shocked look on her face. It was very embarrassing !! I did end up returning the vehicle because it just wasn't the right one for us. The vehicle has beautiful design features an Electronics but i felt like I was driving a tank. I will consider Jackie Cooper when I'm in the market to purchase and I would definitely recommend the dealership to others. But I would never recommend doc summerall to anybody !!! More
