Stacy, thank you for letting us know about your recent experience. While we love that your sales experience was good, we don't like hearing that the finance experience wasn't exceptional. We thank you for bringing it to our attention. The 1st month payment credit Mercedes-Benz offers occurs, not at the time of purchase, but on your first statement from Mercedes-Benz. We apologize profusely for not making that clear at the time of purchase and then, for not calling Mercedes-Benz Financial for you in order to confirm that process and ease your mind. The title transfer in this case does take some time as it had an out-of-state lien on it. Once we pay off that lien, the title is released to us. We then have to change it to be an Oklahoma title before we release it to you for registration. Because the process takes longer with out-of-state liens, we overnight it the moment it arrives. We take full responsibility for not making that clear up front, as well. We do thank you for taking a moment of your time to speak with our General Manager, Steve Lujan so that we could clear up the confusion and apologize to you in person. We truly are glad that you are a part of our automotive family and again, we appreciate that you shared this experience with us. While we don't like to hear we didn't give you the experience you deserved, it does helps us get better at what we do. We hope you will give us another chance to 'wow' you in the future!
