Best experience with a dealership. Nathan was a rock star. He was patient, kind, and kept his same temperament even when the deal was a no go for the car that I wanted. Most of the time if a deal falls thru the salesman completely changes their persona to an inconvenienced dill weed, revealing their true greedy selves (not all of course). Instead, Nathan took the time to educate me in layman's terms why the numbers were what they were, what they meant, and then gave me other options as far as different vehicles. He never misled me or gave me false hope even one time. He was super diligent with me for sure and kept it on the up and up the entire time, really the epitome of under promise and over deliver. So while I did not walk away with the vehicle of choice today, I did walk away feeling smarter than I was when I woke up (ha!) and feeling confident in what I need to do to get in a better position to buy. AND on top of that, I know exactly who to call when I am ready whether it be 6 months or a year; I will be calling Nathan. Dealerships could take note in how he handles customers.
