Great dealership but wish I would have been told the price of car before going back to financing. Also the vehicle I bought has had issues since the first day I bought it and I have already had to repla price of car before going back to financing. She provided a thorough review of the car’s features and offered support for any questions that might arise later. I honestly cannot think of anything should could have done better. She has exceeded my expectations with every interaction. Similarly, Nizar Khaled introduced himself early in the sales process and impressed me as a leader who effectively builds and leads a team that earns both respect and repeat business. I saw the awards achieved by the JCI team and had the opportunity to discuss customer relations with Nizar. I believe he truly practices what he preaches and has earned his team’s respect. To highlight the experience, I wanted a paint protection film installed on the car before pick up. JCI didn’t have an opening in their schedule to get it done by my pick-up time. I live about two hours away from the dealership and a return trip to the dealership was okay, but not preferred. So, they contacted another party to install it. They took my car to the other party very early on my pickup day just to make sure I could leave the lot on time with the PPF. It should be noted that I had already agreed to forego the PPF on pickup day and was not upset. However, Nizar wanted to make it happen. To my pleasant surprise, I received a call from Emily, after hours on Saturday, telling me that Nizar had just called her after arranging the PPF service and my car would be ready for pickup on time per our previous schedule. Wow! Emily said Nizar didn’t want me driving off the lot without having the car the way I wanted it. Kendal from Finance took the time to carefully review the transaction with me and addressed all of my questions. David, the product specialist, conducted a detailed overview of the car and helped me personalize my car's settings. I was informed that Emily would be my primary point of contact throughout my ownership experience, with her manager serving as a backup during her absence. It’s fantastic to know that I can reach out to Emily for any car-related needs, and she will coordinate with the appropriate team member on my behalf. Having a single point of contact following a positive purchase experience is invaluable for customers. Moreover, having her manager as a backup is exceptional and represents a great business strategy. Maintaining contact with a salesperson is likely to foster future business relationships—truly brilliant! Throughout my life, I have purchased many cars, and my experience with this team far surpasses all others. The team at Jackie Cooper Imports sets the gold standard for service. I’m not easily impressed. Few businesses and their staff have left such a lasting impression on me as Jackie Cooper Imports has. I plan to see them again when in the market for a new ride. Thank you. Their communication was awful and we received a very lukewarm response because we were not driving one of their brands. They only tried to help once I expressed my displeasure. When I stopped back a few minutes later, this time driving my Mercedes, they were very enthusiastic to see me and bending over backwards to help. This is unacceptable. More

They are not customer friendly that is in complete contrast to the Mercedes Family culture. I contacted them for my car 4th service. This was my first time with them as we recently moved here. The service that took 2-3 hours before, they quoted minimum 8 hours. On top of that, they refused a loaner because I was not their customer. Any other Mercedes dealership will welcome Mercedes customers as it is just one family (The Mercedes Family). I finally decided to get my car serviced at another dealership.
