After a few quick discussions they agreed to make it right, ordered the part, and we drove home 100 miles to Oklahoma City. A few days later the salesman drove a loaner to us and returned our Macan for service. The next day our Porsche was returned with option installed, freshly washed, ready to go! Many dealers might’ve said, “Tough - it is what it is,” but Connie & Greg and salesman Nathan at Jackie Cooper Imports took care of us at inconvenience & cost to themselves.
