Mark Cox in Infinity dealership is a great salesman and will definitely recommend to others. The sales manager was freindly and helpful. 2 things which I did not like was the waiting time (approx. took will definitely recommend to others. Told me that I can not take the car home after finishing up the paperwork.( I informed my sale rep and the managers that incase they cannot approve the finance, I will like to do the financing through the bank but they have to let me know before 5pm. They told me to get financing done at bank after 5:10pm.) So, the summary is I am completely happy with sales side and not very much with finance departments. More
