Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us. Helpful and friendly. We had brought our E Class in for service and was provided a very nice loaner. That prompted us to look into what we could get for sell and friendly. We had brought our E Class in for service and was provided a very nice loaner. That prompted us to look into what we could get for selling our car. That lead to looking at what was in the used car lot. Brian showed me a number of cars, we test drive one and then he showed us an EClass not yet ready to go and still in the service garage. It was a recently returned lease. That was the one I fell in love with. They did some wrangling between my car, the loaner and the new car and I was able to pick it up just 3 days later while still being able to use the loaner.
