Disclosing another buyers information to me in order to pressure me to make a decision which I made under duress. Not disclosing hidden fees on their website. They are the epitome of why people hate dealerships and car buying. The final detail was representation of the product having received a 167 point vehicle inspection only to discover that several of the vehicles advertised safety features as working don’t function. For a luxury car dealer they don’t take pride in the product they offer. Dealer has been notified of these issues but has yet to make them right. More

CPO car delivered with less than 100miles of gas. Battery at 0% charge, No charging cable included. Fuel not working. Had to take it to local dealer to get that repaired. Wasted 6 hours of my work time and car in the shop for 1 day. 1st no one knows what is going on then after 3 days (or so) back and forth matter is raised to general manager. GM is going to get this resolved promptly. After more than 1 week I am still waiting. More

Danny treats us like family. His customer service is above and beyond, he takes care of every detail, even things we wouldn’t think of. We are made to feel like the most importan His customer service is above and beyond, he takes care of every detail, even things we wouldn’t think of. We are made to feel like the most important people there, we are just average people (a school teacher and manufacturing) but he makes us feel special. He knows what we are looking for in a car, and keeps us updated constantly about the inventory. When the right fit comes along he did everything he could to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. We have purchased 3 cars from Danny over the last 3 years. That should speak for itself. The dealership also treats us like we are important, and has made sure that our needs and questions are taken care of. We have told all our friends how wonderful Jackie Cooper and Danny Ochoa are.
