He graciously greeted me upon my arrival, offered refreshments and pleasantly listened to what I was looking to purchase and the trade-in I brought with me. The vehicle was ready and waiting out front and after a short test drive I was ready to discuss the purchase plan. Nathan did an excellent job sharing his detailed knowledge of the vehicle, it's history, the previous owners and care of the vehicle. He also discussed the Car FAQ's of my vehicle, which was informative. Within 10 minutes he returned with a confident "Yes" on the value of the trade-in and the price of the vehicle I was purchasing. I was astounded and shocked that everything went so smoothly. I remarked that this was the best car buying experience I had ever. After a few signed documents and disclosures the deal was complete and the vehicle was mine. I truly appreciate and thank Nathan and his team for making this such a pleasant and customer focused experience. David was God sent. My husband Unni decided to buy a 2023 model GLE 350.. He got in touch with Jackie Cooper on a Sunday morning and the person who was on Jackie cooper My husband Unni decided to buy a 2023 model GLE 350.. We reached Tulsa and everything regarding the purchase of the car was a cake walk. Thanks to David. All that we were missing is key no 2. David reassured us saying that he would get it from the previous owner the next day and fed ex to us. My husband was very skeptical because of his past experience with a similar situation. Next evening at 9pm my husband gets a call from David and he thought David was calling to share the fed ex details but, to our surprise he was at our door to physically hand over the key. He finished work at Jackie Cooper and he drove two hours just to hand over the key and drove back for 2 hours. We were very touched by this kind and thoughtful gesture of David.
