David Krueger was great to work with! I do not like having to wait 2 1/2 to 3 hours or more, after agreeing to purchase the vehicle before I can leave the dealership with the vehicle. I I do not like having to wait 2 1/2 to 3 hours or more, after agreeing to purchase the vehicle before I can leave the dealership with the vehicle. I see this as a great fault with Jackie Cooper Tulsa. I saw other buyers with sad, frustrated looks having to wait a long time before getting their vehicle. It is like being held hostage against your will. You get tired of waiting and waiting then waiting. We bought 2 vehicles in 2 days and my son bought a Cayman so that makes 3 cars in 2 days and each time it was a long wait. I am picking up a Mercedes Sprinter Van I have a deposit on this coming Friday and I am hoping that I do not have to wait until Jesus Comes the 2nd time before I can leave the dealership with it. That is a total of 4 vehicles. Maybe you need to update your software to expedite the checkout process. I don't know, but I am assure you that customers would be much happier if someone could resolve the long wait. More

I won’t do business with them ever again. Unscrupulous, improper, likely illegal sales methods. Disclosing another buyers information to me in order to pressure me to make a decision which I made under duress. Not disclosing hidden fees on their website. They are the epitome of why people hate dealerships and car buying. The final detail was representation of the product having received a 167 point vehicle inspection only to discover that several of the vehicles advertised safety features as working don’t function. For a luxury car dealer they don’t take pride in the product they offer. Dealer has been notified of these issues but has yet to make them right. More
