I purchased a 2020 Jaguar XF February 14, 2023 from Mikey and Mushtaq. When the deal was agreed to by me and as was standing to go to finance, I was told by Mushtaq the car just had one key. I was told by Mikey February 14 he would take care of me. Today I texted Mikey about the key fob status today. He replied by text “ Sorry buddy I checked with all my key people that key is dealer only“. All during the sales experience Mushtaq talked to my wife and me about being a devout Christian and later during phone calls again Christianity. The Jaguar Dealer quoted me a telephone price of $800.00 plus or minus. I think the Cooper dealership should participate in at the very least 50%.
