Let me start out by saying, I hate buying cars. I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past. Recently we had an accident resulting in the total loss of our families primary vehicle. Dealing with insurance has been a very frustrating experience and ultimately cost our family about $10k, due to the valuation of the vehicle coming in $10k less than what we could replace our vehicle for. I dreaded looking for a replacement, but found one online that I thought was priced fairly and traveled from Northwest Arkansas to look at it. I initially was contacted by Carlos who got me all the information I needed quickly. Carlos was of that day but ensure we were taken care of. When we arrived Nathan had the vehicle ready for us to look at and created a great environment that we felt welcomed. Our overall experience was great!
