Everyone was friendly, but I feel like I was deceived by omission of obvious, key facts during the buying process. I was counting on their transparency because I'm from out of state. The pre-owned car was described as "very clean" despite having a very noticeable (previously repaired) crack on the passenger side of the windshield, and they neglected to inform me that there was no second key/fob ($400 replacement cost) until after the paperwork was signed. Do better next time, especially if you plan to continue to list vehicles online. More
