CPO car delivered with less than 100miles of gas. Battery at 0% charge, No charging cable included. Fuel not working. Had to take it to local dealer to get that repaired. Wasted 6 hours of my work time and car in the shop for 1 day. 1st no one knows what is going on then after 3 days (or so) back and forth matter is raised to general manager. GM is going to get this resolved promptly. After more than 1 week I am still waiting. More

He knows what we are looking for in a car, and keeps us updated constantly about the inventory. When the right fit comes along he did everything he could to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted.
