Regarding response time, please include a box with a tumbler, blanket, and bag. I recently bought a new car and when I received the paper work for tag and title and took it to the tag agency...they sent off for my title and when I received the title it had the wrong model number and VIN work for tag and title and took it to the tag agency...they sent off for my title and when I received the title it had the wrong model number and VIN number. Still waiting for my new title and I had to pay an additional $13.75 because they had to redo the title. The dealership should be responsible for that cost. More

Everyone we met was at a minimum cordial but usually it was like greeting old friends. The young lady who assisted with the financing is Top Notch! Open, honest, didn't sugar coat but was direct when explaining the terms, rates and expectations. She welcomed questions and wasn't trying to hurry us along. I never considered looking at the Jackie Cooper dealership because I didn't belive there would be anything in a price range I could afford with relatively low milage. I am pleasantly surprised and would recommended the dealership to others. Keep up the great work folks. More
