If you are considering purchasing a car from Cooper BMW, do it! I worked with Dustin and he was FANTASTIC! I do not usually buy cars from large dealerships because they can be a pain but Dustin made my car do it! I worked with Dustin and he was FANTASTIC! I live out of state so I had to fly in to get the car. Dustin was in constant contact throughout the process, he made videos for all of the cars I was interested in, answered all of my random questions, and put me at ease with the finance process. Dustin made sure that I got the car I wanted and he even picked me up from the airport. Now that is next level customer service!
