Would like for management to list the vehicles when actually ready to sell. Further, the finance guy said he was “required” to go over the extended warranty stuff even after we said not interested. I understand he works on commission but I didn’t appreciate being held there for a sales pitch even after being clear I wouldn’t purchase. Just a few things to work on for an otherwise positive experience. Thanks! More
