Kristin made it easy Kristin Burns was helpful, responsive, forthright...all the things you would expect a sales associate to be. BMW makes a great product, and Jackie Co Kristin Burns was helpful, responsive, forthright...all the things you would expect a sales associate to be. BMW makes a great product, and Jackie Cooper has a great no hassle process that, from my observation, results in reasonable pricing and an abbreviated buying experience (I already knew what I wanted when I initiated the purchasing process). In fact, Kristin helped me complete most of it through our texts and a couple phone calls as I was out of state. By the time I was back in OKC, just a little paperwork was all that was left. Thanks Kristin. More

He was exceptionally patient as I changed what I was looking for multiple times. He also kept me up to date on vehicles as they arrived on the lot. There was little pressure but lots of information. When I did finally buy a car I got a thorough explanation of the vehicle and all of the programming done before I left the lot. More

Highly recommended Becky at Jackie Cooper helped me buying my new Cooper S Countryman. Love this car and the experience at Jackie Cooper. Post-purchase customer service Becky at Jackie Cooper helped me buying my new Cooper S Countryman. Love this car and the experience at Jackie Cooper. Post-purchase customer service is also very good. Offering temporary storage of your car, pickup from airport and drop off at airport kinds of service. Hope they can extend the service time for the latter ones. More

However, after This is to update my prior review. My car is still at the dealership. Almost 2 1/2 months now. Still no word on when it might be fixed. However, after a call to Mini USA, I am now getting weekly feedback from the dealership. This is a big improvement. They are still providing a loaner and even changed me to a different loaner that I liked better. In fairness to the dealership, I felt it was only fair to report that my situation seems to be improving. More
Horrible customer service and no leadership To be fair, JC Mini repaired my old Mini and although it took several weeks, the repair was good. I special ordered a new, custom built Mini and the To be fair, JC Mini repaired my old Mini and although it took several weeks, the repair was good. I special ordered a new, custom built Mini and the rep lied about the stereo. He said the Harmon Kardon option was not available but assured that it was not necessary because the new Mini was equipped with " premium BMW speakers" , including the 10 speaker setup with subs. The car arrived and it does not have component speakers, but instead has 4-inch drivers only. As an audio enthusiast for over 30 years, I can assure you the sound is utterly bland. They either lied in order to get the order to go through or they acted with careless indifference as to the accuracy of their promise. The car arrived with a defective passenger seat track. JC did not notice it, but I reported it within 24 hours of taking delivery of the car. They ordered a part and said they'd call in a few weeks. I never heard back from them so I called JC about 5 1/2 weeks later only to be told they have no record of seeing my car or ordering a seat track. I was agitated and the service man said he would investigate. He did call me back later that day to advise the part was there. Apparently it was sitting there and nobody knew what to do with it. I set an appnt to take the car in and When I took it in, JC provided a loaner for the day. I did not hear back from them at all that day (a Wednesday). On Friday they called to say the part would not work because the seat track did not come with the component they need. He said the car would not be fixed Saturday and insinuated it would be the following Monday. That was nearly 7 weeks ago and at this moment my car is still sitting there. JC BMW manager Ray Keitz called 2 weeks ago (tomorrow will be 2 weeks) and left a message apologizing that he never got back with me on an unrelated matter concerning the stereo. He commented that he found out about the seat problem and assured me he would make sure I was attended to. He asked me call him back and I did so the same day. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks with no return call from Ray. I have heard nothing from Mini service since July 16. This dealership has no organization or leadership. I bought a $30,0000+ Mini Cooper and I want to love the car and be excited about it. The lack of attention and seeming incompetence at every turn sours the experience of owning this awesome car. I'm terrified that something else might need attention someday and I'll have to deal with these people again. The sales associate Chris Ward is awesome. He loves the Mini brand and is generous with his time to inform new customers about the Mini lineup. (Obviously, Chris is not the one who misrepresented the stereo options.) More
Go to Moritz in Arlington, TX if you really want a Mini I was very disappointed with the sales department. The Mini salesperson talked incessantly. We could't get a word in!! The test drive was exhausting. I was very disappointed with the sales department. The Mini salesperson talked incessantly. We could't get a word in!! The test drive was exhausting. This guy didn't stop to breathe. When we got back to the dealership he quoted us prices that were well above what was advertised and when we questioned him about it we got the runaround. Moritz in Arlington, Texas is well worth the drive if you really want to be in a Mini. After 6 years in a Mini we decided to go with a Subaru. Hudiburg Subaru in OKC is GREAT! Bye bye Mini. It's been a fun ride. More

I can I love my new BMW528i, I love everything about it! Everybody there was very friendly, everyone I saw said hello and had a smile on their face. I can't say enough about Traci Sellers, she was very knowledgable and very professional. But, at the same time her bubbly personality made me feel like family. I have never laughed so much while buying a major purchase. I would definitely recommend Traci and the entire Jackie Cooper BMW dealership!! More
