SUBPAR CUSTOMER SERVICE I had to drop off my BMW for the recall services, I was there at 7 am since they informed me it would take all day. I waited til 5 and no one had called, I called the agent CHRIS to find out about my vehicle and he expressed that he had my wrong phone number. I had provided two phone numbers in case I was busy at work and I would not be able to answer. He proceeded to tell me the vehicle would not be ready til the following day due to a missing part. I gave him my correct phone number and I was fine with the time they needed to fix everything. I called again to inquire about a loaner and they informed me they did not have any for the next two days, so I made personal arrangements to get to work the next day. No had contacted me the next day so I got concerned around three and called again. I told the agent on the phone that I was contacting CHRIS to find out about my vehicle, she continued to inform me that he did not have an update himself and would call me back to let me know. I kindly asked the agent to let him know since he could not make it to the phone to please call me and let me know. At around 5 , i still had not heard anything so I asked someone to drop me off to physically find out about my vehicle and I found the keys laying on the desk. The Vehicle was apparently finally ready, with no calls made to me. More

Damage rims Service wasn’t good at all and I would not take my car here again. I took my car in Friday 0730 to get it serviced because it was running weird. While I was there I told them I wanted my leather cleaned and if they could change the oil and air filter (which they did). They told me it would be good to get my tires rotated so I said okay. I got a call at 1430 saying it was ready but I couldn’t make it there until Saturday. I got there Saturday to get my car and was so disappointed. First thing I saw was the grease on my rims, I bent down to wipe it off and noticed chips in my rims from their tools. The lady said they used plastic bits but I guarantee you there was nothing wrong with my rims prior to dropping it off. I know this because Im in love with my car and notice even a small hair on the door that looks like a scratch. Long story short, they said come back Monday. I called the service manager Mike and Steve called me back shortly after telling me to bring my car back in. I told mike when I dropped it off I wanted new rims and he said he’d talk to his manager Monday. Monday they call me at 1430 telling me my car was ready. Went to get it and they said “that’s normal wear on your rims”. He showed me a car next to mine saying it’s normal but the “wear and tear” on that other vehicle wasn’t like the chips in my rims, he said he looked at 10 cars and they all looked like mine. I had friends and mechanics look at the pictures and they said it was from their drill bits, they pulled it out while it was running and the lug nuts hit the side causing the paint to chip. So no I won’t recommend anyone here. If you do go make sure you take pictures prior and maybe you’ll have a chance of getting your vehicle back in the condition you dropped it off in or better. More

Be careful My previous vehicle had got caught in flash flooding down in Texas and my insurance totaled my car. I started looking at vehicles knowing the insuranc My previous vehicle had got caught in flash flooding down in Texas and my insurance totaled my car. I started looking at vehicles knowing the insurance payoff amount and planning to use it towards my next vehicle. My insurance was going to deposit the funds directly to my account instead mailing a check to speed up the process for me and told me it would it would be available a couple days after they received my title and finalized my claim (we overnighted the title on Saturday 9/8/18). As I was looking at vehicles, I found one at Jackie Cooper that I really liked but wanted to wait because I knew my insurance had just processed the insurance payout and it would be a couple days before the funds were available. As I was explaining to the sales rep that I wanted to wait until the funds were available, they told me they would let me take the vehicle and they would hold onto the check until I called them to let them know that the funds were available. I was given assurances and acknowledgement from the sales rep, their manager, and the finance manager that they were all aware that the check would be held. I got the purchase agreement that night (Monday 9/10) and came back the next day (Tuesday) with the sight draft and again the finance manager acknowledged knowing that the check would be held until I called and gave me his phone number to call him. The following day (Wednesday) I got an alert that the check had been cashed even though I had not called the dealership yet because the funds had not been deposited into my account. I never received a phone call or anything letting me know, I only knew because I had alerts setup on my account. The funds were deposited into my account the next day (Thursday) but I never called because the check had already been cashed. When I called to inquire about it, they were dismissive and never gave me an answer as to why it wasn't held as I had been told it would be. This is absolutely not the kind of service I expected or would want anyone purchasing a vehicle to go through whether or not I'm an employee of a financial institution that the dealership works with (which they knew I worked here). I had been given multiple assurances and promises but it clearly didn't matter and all they care about is the sale and getting their money regardless of what the outcome may be for the individual. Most people don't have thousands of dollars just sitting around in their account to cover a large check. I understand if it had been a long period of time where I hadn't informed them but it was only two days and completely out of my control. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional! More

Horrible experience, liked about repairs not being warranty Took mini in to have it's footwell module replaced since mine was acting up and it's covered by the warranty. Once I got in I was lied to and told it Took mini in to have it's footwell module replaced since mine was acting up and it's covered by the warranty. Once I got in I was lied to and told it wasn't covered until I showed the paper work saying it was then was lied to and mechanic caused a large oil leak. Mini had no oil leak going in and drove fine now I have a mini with a huge oil leak. Will not be returning and will be telling everyone I know and meet to never use their service. More
