Almost entire transaction was completed via text and emails with just a few short phone calls. Christian was quick to respond to all questions and if he didn’t know the answer he promptly found out. At the dealership I was greated immediately and everyone was very friendly. Vehicle was as described, only issue here was that vehicle came without floor mats. I would have thought a authorized BMW dealer would have offered something. Overall I would purchase a vehicle here again. More

Unorganized, Unprofessional & Poor Communication After driving over two hours to pick up my car, I received a call telling me it wasn’t ready. They offered to deliver it to me instead. When my car arrived, not on a trailer which wasted miles on my car, two guys and a baby in the back seat with there to greet me. My car was dirty with an empty tank. Liked 2017 X3 so much we bought a 2019 as well We have been acquiring new 3 or 5 series sedans from Jackie Cooper since the early 90s. A couple of years ago, we traded a 2010 5 series and purchase We have been acquiring new 3 or 5 series sedans from Jackie Cooper since the early 90s. A couple of years ago, we traded a 2010 5 series and purchased a 2017 X3. The heads up display, lane departure warning system, better vision (higher above the road), and other features made it the safest vehicle we have owned. The 3X is so much easier to get in and out of than are sedans, or larger SUVs, e.g.,the X5. We are so pleased and impressed with the 2017 X3 that we decided we need two X3s, one for her and one for me. The 2019 X3 is even more convenient than the 2017. The heated steering has been improved, high beams can be set for auto dimming, one touch rather than two can turn off the car when exiting the vehicle, cruise control panel is improve,and much more. The x5 has safety feature improvements as well. Principal among these are distance interval controls and better placement of blind spot warning indicator. I Buying a car is never easy, but the team (and it really was a team) that we worked with this time helped make the experience comfortable and efficient. They were patient, thorough, listened well and were responsive as they worked with us and as they coordinated among themselves on our behalf. More
