Liked 2017 X3 so much we bought a 2019 as well We have been acquiring new 3 or 5 series sedans from Jackie Cooper since the early 90s. A couple of years ago, we traded a 2010 5 series and purchase We have been acquiring new 3 or 5 series sedans from Jackie Cooper since the early 90s. A couple of years ago, we traded a 2010 5 series and purchased a 2017 X3. The heads up display, lane departure warning system, better vision (higher above the road), and other features made it the safest vehicle we have owned. The 3X is so much easier to get in and out of than are sedans, or larger SUVs, e.g.,the X5. We are so pleased and impressed with the 2017 X3 that we decided we need two X3s, one for her and one for me. The 2019 X3 is even more convenient than the 2017. The heated steering has been improved, high beams can be set for auto dimming, one touch rather than two can turn off the car when exiting the vehicle, cruise control panel is improve,and much more. The x5 has safety feature improvements as well. Principal among these are distance interval controls and better placement of blind spot warning indicator. I Buying a car is never easy, but the team (and it really was a team) that we worked with this time helped make the experience comfortable and efficient. They were patient, thorough, listened well and were responsive as they worked with us and as they coordinated among themselves on our behalf. More

Poor communication and lack of service This dealership not interested in helping their customers. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from them. It took them a week to get back to me on trade This dealership not interested in helping their customers. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from them. It took them a week to get back to me on trade information for my existing vehicle. I called numerous times for the information and also put a deposit down on the vehicle so it didn't get sold. I never received a call back and they sold the vehicle to someone else. During this week I had to call them numerous times and follow up with them rather than the other way around. My husband is currently serving over seas and he and I are both in shock at how they treated their customers and further more how they treated a veteran. They took no responsibility for what they did. I would not recommend doing business with them to purchase a vehicle. More
