BMW 440 I rated the dealership a 3 because I could have purchased this vehicle initially rather than being talked into a vehicle I didn’t want and losing seri I rated the dealership a 3 because I could have purchased this vehicle initially rather than being talked into a vehicle I didn’t want and losing serious money trading Vehicles. The salesman misled me regarding the specs of the vehicle stating it was the same as the vehicle I had initially shown interest in. I had already agreed to the deal therefore I didn’t want to appear difficult but if you don’t know ask someone who does. I took my vehicle to the dealership for service and they wrote the repair order on the wrong vehicle, a vehicle I no longer have. The vehicle was taken to the dealership for a scheduled oil change and after 3 hours waiting, I was informed the technician failed to change the oil. After waiting another hour the vehicle was returned with the low tire pressure light activated and license plates thrown onto the seat, an issue I previously addressed with the dealership. The salesman advised me that I was supposed to receive a loaner after I had waited 4 hours. It would really be nice if a dealership sincerely cared about the customer but apparently that’s expecting too much. You want great reviews but you can’t even apologize to the customer for unnecessary inconvenience. More

Once I reached out and explained my situation they took care of everything and I was in my new BMW less then a week later! Not only that but my car payment is $3.00 cheaper and my new car has 5,000 fewer miles! Had a nice salesman and a knowledgeable financial advisor helping me.
