Ruben was the first person to come up to us, and he was instantly willing to help us check the truck out and take it for a test drive. He answered all of our questions, and he was incredibly understanding when we told him we wanted to talk it over and sleep on it before signing anything and making any final decisions. He gave us his card with a way to contact him and when we decided to get the truck we made sure to go back to him because of the great service we received the night before. He was very understanding and patient with us, and he really did everything he could to get us the best deal and everything we wanted. Ruben made the process completely painless and was an absolute joy to work with.
