We didn't spend hours waiting around and haggling over interest rates and prices like we have at other car dealerships in the past. We felt like they were straight forward and honest. They laid out the prices, financing options, and rebates without playing any games or trying to get one over on us like we've had so many dealers try to do to us in the past. Andy went over all of the features of the vehicle with us and made the entire experience quick and easy. We didn't even purchase the vehicle the first day we were in there because we wanted to think about it overnight and had to pick our daughter up from school. They were completely understanding and didn't pressure us at all. The next day when we returned, Andy had the vehicle and paperwork ready to go so we didn't have to wait around. No strongarming...he let us look at what we wanted, and when he was unable to answer our questions, he found Sammy Ortiz, who could. They both worked on our quick timeline, let us look without pressure and when we asked to see a vehicle they didn't have on the lot, they arranged for us to see it first thing in the morning. It was a pleasurable buying experience, and we were done in 2 hours. Great attention, great service...and great new ride. More
