Took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. I brought a few concerns to the service rep about my vehicle (possible oil leak). They kept me updated throughout the process. It was discovered that I brought a few concerns to the service rep about my vehicle (possible oil leak). They kept me updated throughout the process. It was discovered that my hunch was true about an oil leak. Everything was explained about the next steps, parts were ordered, and will have to bring the car in when parts are received. Service rep said they will secure a loaner for me since it will take several days to repair. The staff is always pleasant at this location. More

I have over twenty years of dealing with various Departments . They treat you like family and the staff acknowledges you when they see you in the Dealership. The customer services starts when you ar Departments . They treat you like family and the staff acknowledges you when they see you in the Dealership. The customer services starts when you are looking at buying Dodge product the salesperson is not overbearing they listen to you and ask the right questions to help you purchase the right vehicle They make it easy, enjoyable experience .when buying a vehicle. The porter at this dealership are great employees if you are picking up a new vehicle or from the Service Department they do a great job at having vehicle cleaned. The services Department is great from Scott who schedule your appointment, to Jason, Adam and the entire team treats the customers with the best customer skills trying to established a long-term customer relationships I have never had to bring back any of my vehicles because the mechanics show they care about repairing or correct an issue with a vehicle assigned to them.. The owner of this Dealership has done a great job instilling in its employees great customer services Skills. More

Flat tire Brought my 2018 Dodge Journey in for a flat tire on Monday morning. The fact that I was on my way to my grandmother's funeral did not seem to put any rush on the order and as of 24 hours later, they still have my car. Terrible customer service! Would not recommend bringing my car to this service center to anyone. More

Zero Stars I have gone to this dealership a few times now.....so this review is not just based on one experience. All my experiences have been AWFUL. I definit I have gone to this dealership a few times now.....so this review is not just based on one experience. All my experiences have been AWFUL. I definitely will not be going back because I have given this dealership way too many chances. The wait time is long and they are extremely overpriced. I have been having an issue with my wheels and it has taken MONTHS to get a call back and a resolution. I went direct to Mopar to report this dealer and to handle myself. At Jack Phelan they will be so nice and promise you the world when you buy the car there.....but when you come back to get the car serviced be prepared to be ignored and overcharged. I recommend you walk around your car to make sure there is no damage before leaving.....even if there is they will say it was there before you go there. More

someone from service damaged my work van I left my vehicle for in warranty major repair for almost two months( because they couldn't get the parts) and someone from service stuff damage it.
