I was able to browse the lot without a salesman right behind me. I found the truck that most interested me. Once inside the showroom with my questions I was greeted by Ruben Mendoza. He was so once and the dealership is so nice that my sister-in-law is going there to see Svet for possibly buying a Jeep as well. If you think you are interested in a Jeep or a Dodge vehicle, go to Jack Phelan and see Svet. Also, you can't beat the Mopar extended lifetime warranty. As long as you own the car you have unlimited years and unlimited miles with a $100 deductible for a reasonable price. I have on both of my cars from Jack Phelan. More

I was on the lot with my girlfriend looking at several trailhawks for probably less than ten minutes When we were greeted by Ruben. He really took the time to get to know us, ask questions, show us all of our options, make us feel comfortable, and ultimately showed me The perfect trailhawk for me.Really a top notch experience from beginning to end and so far I couldn't be happier. Awesome experience My fiance and I were looking into getting him a new truck, and we wanted to go to dodge for the warranty. We did a basic internet search and found one My fiance and I were looking into getting him a new truck, and we wanted to go to dodge for the warranty. We did a basic internet search and found one that we were interested in at this dealership, so we went. Ruben was the first person to come up to us, and he was instantly willing to help us check the truck out and take it for a test drive. He answered all of our questions, and he was incredibly understanding when we told him we wanted to talk it over and sleep on it before signing anything and making any final decisions. He gave us his card with a way to contact him and when we decided to get the truck we made sure to go back to him because of the great service we received the night before. He was very understanding and patient with us, and he really did everything he could to get us the best deal and everything we wanted. Ruben made the process completely painless and was an absolute joy to work with. He also told us that if we ever need anything in the future that we can contact him directly, and he will take care of it. He was beyond awesome to work with! More
