someone from service damaged my work van I left my vehicle for in warranty major repair for almost two months( because they couldn't get the parts) and someone from service stuff damage it. great dealer, their word was good, no nonsense. I live in Wisconsin, and had been searching for a van for 1 1/2 weeks. Looked at used, couldn't find one in the condition that I was looking for. I decided to purchase a new Dodge ProMaster short wheelbase, and found 5 online at Jack Phelan, for an extremely good price. I gave five Wisconsin dealers the opportunity to match the price, and they couldn't even come close. I spoke with Sebastian from Jack Phelan on the phone that evening, and purchased exactly what I wanted over the phone the very next day. I picked the van up the following day, and everything was exactly as Sebastian and I agreed upon. There was no up selling, no hidden costs, the whole process was speedy and efficient...it really was a great experience. And I love the van. The staff that I dealt with at the dealership (Jonathan/finance, Pasquale/a character) were all super sincere and just nice people. I've purchased many autos in my lifetime, and can honestly say that this was the best experience! More
