Customer Service above and beyond. Our vehicle broke down on our way to visit children and grandchildren at the border of Alabama and Georgia. Car had to be towed to Columbus, GA for repair. Repair part was unavailable for 4 days and they had no loaner vehicles or rentals available. Out of the blue Mr. Ray Ingram, called with another matter and at the end asked how I was doing. I explained my predicament. He sent a driver and a car to pick us up and brought us back to Montgomery. The dealership then loaned us a car so we could complete our vacation. I have been a customer of Jack Ingram for 25 years. Customer service along with great vehicles has always been their strong point. They will always be my dealership of choice. More
