A buddy of mine drives a VW Tiguan and I drive a Ford Explorer. I had mentioned to him how dissatisfied I was with the shop that services the Explorer. I made an appointment and I must say it was a great experience from start to end! The service personnel were very friendly and professional, advised me of the service I needed and were not pushy about selling me services I did not need. It was like they were lifelong friends. They inspected my brakes and filters and even set my tire pressures and topped of any low fluids. All included in my oil change. The waiting area was clean and stocked with complimentary coffee and ice cold bottled water which was great because it was about 100F outside! Then I was asked if I had time for them to wash and vacuum my truck. I did and when I left felt like I was in a new car! I would recommend this service department to anyone whether you drive a VW or not! More
